The SOLOSHOT Referral Program (“The Program”) allows Purchasers  to earn promotional rebates on their prior purchase of certain Soloshot Products (“Rebates”) by referring New Purchasers of certain Soloshot products.

To participate, Purchasers and New Purchasers must purchase their products through SOLOSHOT.com and agree to these terms, which become part of the Soloshot Terms of Service. Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the Soloshot Terms of Service.

Earning Rebates

Purchasers can earn Rebates if: i) a New Purchaser uses Purchaser’s referral code to make a purchase on www.SOLOSHOT.com of any SOLOSHOT3 + OpticX model, new OR refurbished, that is not returned or cancelled within 60 days of New Purchaser’s confirmed receipt of their purchase (a “Valid Purchase”) and ii) that complies with our Terms of Service (a “Valid Purchase”). 

Purchaser’s referral code shall be assigned by the Company and may change or be cancelled at any time, for any reason or no reason.


Purchasers shall earn Rebates for Valid Purchases as follows:

The maximum Rebates that can be earned per Purchaser will be $5,000 USD total, unless indicated otherwise in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials.

Redeeming Rebates

Rebates may only be redeemed through a partial or full refund applied to Purchaser’s original form of payment through SOLOSHOT.com or via payments made to a PayPal account tied to the same email used on Purchaser's order. Rebates are for promotional purposes and may not be transferred.

Rebates may not be earned on returned, cancelled or fraudulent orders. Rebates accrued on separate orders may not be combined into one order.

If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of Rebates, please contact us at support@soloshot.com. Soloshot may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your Rebate balance will be final and at Soloshot’s sole discretion.

You are responsible for any Tax consequences, if any, that may result from your redemption or use of Rebates. Where applicable, Soloshot may be required to account for VAT on any services for which the Rebates are redeemed.

Sharing Referral Links

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral links should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia) or on blogs. Purchasers are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Purchasers are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.

Referrals

Coupon codes that are not automatically applied must be entered during checkout. Coupon codes may not be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash, or combined with other Soloshot referral programs, discounts or incentives. Each coupon code may only be used on www.Soloshot.com in conjunction with the purchase of specific products.

Coupon codes expire one year from when you make a Valid Purchase. Soloshot reserves the right to any remedy, including cancellation of your SOLOSHOT account, if fraud, tampering, violations of these terms or Soloshot’s Terms of Service or payments method terms of service, or technical errors or other errors are suspected. Void where prohibited. If your purchase later qualifies for a refund, the maximum refund you may receive is the amount you actually paid after applying all Rebates that have been paid to you.

Multiple Referrals

A referral may only use one referral link. If a referral receives referral codes from multiple Purchasers, only the Purchaser associated with the referral code actually used by the New Purchaser for a Valid Purchase will receive the Rebate.

The Program may not be combined with other Soloshot referral programs, discounts or incentives. 

Severability

If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Termination and Changes

Soloshot may suspend or terminate the Program or a Purchaser’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, cancel codes or cancel outstanding Rebates if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Soloshot Terms of Service or Payments Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts and codes or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

The scope, variety, and type of value that you may obtain by redeeming Rebates can change at any time.

Updates to the Terms

We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Soloshot.com website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
